YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect product requirements and market trends from local sales, marketing teams, R&D and market studies to generate the global innovation idea pipeline for for a specific product group
• Prioritize product innovation projects with a global reach and develop the product introduction planning together with Research & Development, Marketing, logistics and our production plants
• Build a business case as well as a sales, communication and pricing strategy for each innovation project including the relevant value proposition 
• Lead the “go-to-market” process of the new product, coordinating activities with sales, logistics, manufacturing and marketing up to the product launch and follow-up that the newly launched product hits the customer requirements
• Coordinate global product and product brand positioning, range strategy along with pricing and communication strategy during the entire lifecycle
• Manage product range vitality and yearly range review and optimisation

 YOUR PROFILE

• Master or equivalent in Architecture or (Industrial) Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in International Product Management or Marketing in a B2B business, ideally from the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Result-oriented, proactive working style with experince from an international company
  
• Team player, who naturally builds strong relationships across functional teams
• Feel comfortable in a "sandwich" position between many different stakeholders
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English
