Marketing Operations Manager EMEA+ (m/f/d)
WE ARE KNAUF CEILING SOLUTIONS
Knauf Ceiling Solutions is a traditional company which is part of the international, family-run Knauf Group. People are what counts for us. And we are THE ceiling specialists! At our Grafenau site, we produce individual ceiling solutions for places with a sense of space with around 400 employees. Our sales and service network extends worldwide.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Personnel and technical management of the department
- Contribution to and implementation of the global KCS brand positioning
- Management of local social media initiatives, projects marketing and communication campaigns
- Search Engine Management (SEM)
- Contributing to and implementing new business models on a regional level
- Selection and management of advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies and other external partners
- Responsibility for efficient team collaboration between MarCom and Product Management to plan and implement product launches and campaigns
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or in a comparable field/qualification
- More than 3 years of experience in marketing operations or in similar positions
- In-depth knowledge of marketing concepts and channels, tracking etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to work
- Strong personality and leadership skills on an international and multicultural level
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
