YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Division-wide global responsibility for the implementation and further development of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system & processes
- Plan and coordinate rollouts and releases in close cooperation with the Knauf Group and our local sales teams
- Advise and support our sales team during the preparation and roll-out phase as well as upcoming releases
- Support the sales teams in the implementation of potential-driven sales management and the CRM system and act as change ambassador for our global organization
- Together with the sales teams, identify new system functionalities, optimization potential and continuous improvement opportunities along the process design, solution development and technical delivery
- Establish a Sales Force key user network across our global division and ensure the exchange of best practices across our markets
- Be the Single Point of contact for user surveys, KPI achievements and reporting in CRM tool and/or TAB
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in business administration, marketing or comparable, preferably with a focus on "Digital Business"
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Sales or Marketing in B2B
- Experience in the implementation and use of CRM systems, ideally Sales Force, and driving the related organizational change
- Assertiveness and excellent communication skills
- Structured, well organized and independent way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Prioritization skills and handling of competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Team player, who naturally builds strong relationships across functional teams and various stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German or French
- Willingness to travel to our local markets (approx. 20-30%)
