YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that the information and data gathered from the market and customer is turned into actionable insight to support decision-making process on strategic topics
• Ensure the project management of key strategic initiatives by setting up the project plan and timeline, by defining the workstream as and key deliverable, by defining the reporting and follow up actions, by developing the project communication and knowledge sharing
• Organizing the plan of data and information collection according to the strategic topics identified by defining the yearly market and customer insight plan and the execution of it together with the business intelligence analyst

 YOUR PROFILE

• Master or equivalent in Market research/ strategic consulting
• Min. 3 year experience in managing Business Intelligence projects / experience in market research or strategic agencies as project manager
• Understanding of the global construction markets is a plus
• Strong analytical & synthetic skills with a solution driven mindset
• Ability to define recommendations from facts and figures
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English (German or other languages are an asset)
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong team member
• Proactiveness
• Good interpersonal skills
