YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and drive global marketing initiatives, the external marketing communication strategy, and the corporate brand positioning for the division
• Develop and embed the image and corporate identity that Knauf Ceiling Solutions strives for in its public relations, such as Corporate Design, Corporate Communication, and external view of Corporate Culture 
• Define and integrate the divisions global brand strategy in alignment with the Knauf Strategy and track regional realisation measures
• Take on the functional lead and coordination of the global marketing activities and digital content marketing across the division, including global marketing roadmap and initiatives, capability building, knowledge transfer and benchmarking in close alignment with regional and local marketing teams
• Define strategies and roadmaps related to product implementations and rollouts in our markets together with the marketing and sales teams and develop a communication framework based on the product innovation process
• Be responsible for the omnichannel communication strategy, including Social Media, Web, Exhibitions, Print, Performance Marketing, etc.
• Regular travel to production sites, sales offices and customers visits

 YOUR PROFILE

• Master or equivalent in Marketing or Marketing Communication
• Minimum 10 years experience in a B2B Marketing leadership position, preferably in an international environment
• High knowledge in multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns and strong background in influence stakeholders at various levels and different cultural backgrounds
• Experience in creating and leading brands
• Expertise in project management and managing deliveries through external agencies
• Strong understanding of market & digital trends, ideally in the construction industry
• Charismatic leader profile with a default teamwork style, who naturally builds strong relationships across functional teams
• Design oriented strategic thinking with a result-oriented and proactive working style
• Excellent writing and communication skills to clearly convey strategies and results to highly demanding audiences
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English

LOCATION

The position can be based out of any Knauf Ceiling Solutions location in Europe and will require regular to travel to our locations around the globe.
