YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

7.  Support customer with Quality & Policy Claim Handling

• Key Tasks

1. To provide sales support and to provide best level of customer service possible and to meet targets

2. Prepare and manage monthly internal sales / quotation reports

3. Orders have to be managed and shipped, perform order to cash function Item master data creation + maintenance in SAP

4. Deal with customers’ samples requests

5. Provide export and transport documents (supported by logistic department) and proforma invoice when appropriate

6. Maintain regular contact with customers as appropriate

7. Proactive approach with customers and DCs in order to manage loading capacity

8. Support logistic phasing in/out of new SKUs

9. Help to promote Launch of new products (guided by Product Management)

10. Project support

11. Support acquisition of new customers and assure customer care of existing customers

12. Active Usage of CRM tool and SAP GTI
