YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Make sure all special prices are proposed through pricing proposals in advance and credit note requests are sent on a monthly basis.

2. Creation of an annual business plan in consultation with the supervisor and meet the plan by maximising the business opportunities.

3. Enhancing Technical and sales competencies,

4. Lead negotiation along with distributor

5. Apply SPIN & with 4/5 specification

6. Enhanced tracking of 25 TPO & 20 TO

7. Developing contacts with all owners & influencers of class A & B Architects,PMCs, contractors and Customers.

8. Develop efficiency in market coverage and time management

9. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers .

10. Work on presenting KCS Brand story, values and focus on establishing KCS as a brand in close coordination with MS/TM and Marketing.

11. Conduct research to identify Future TPO and TPO

12. Also engage in research for new markets and customer needs analysis

13. Lost project analysis

14. Focus on quality Installation

15. Complaint closure along with CSS team

16. In discussions with TSM/ASM to decide on month-wise and yearly targets. Plan the month’s activities and decide on Weekly plan for daily visits

17. To make required numbers of calls on a daily basis as per plan and to submit the daily, weekly and monthly sales reports on time.

18. Regular feedback with regard to developments with major customers, specifiers, projects, pricing, new products and competition. Request for necessary support from superior where required.

19. To find out customers and contractors who would be good partners and inform the supervisor on regular basis. All dealer / ARIC appointments to be done as per company’s norms after getting approvals only.

20. To attend to all complaints, solve them with help from product managers on priority and communicate the same to management.

21. To prepare the quotations as per company policy in consultation with concerned supervisor. 

 YOUR PROFILE

• Sales value and volume targets for ceilings on a monthly basis in the assigned to him.
• Developing close contacts with all architects & PMCs, contractors and institutions to get our products approved for projects going on in the area and other parts of the country.
• Planning activities and making timely reports as agreed with the TSM / ASM
• Regular market feedback and suggestion for changes / improvements to the TSM/ ASM
• Giving regular feedback on competitor’s activities in the area to the management.
• Net Sales Value & volume – by managing proper product mix as per budget.
• Number of projects won and lost.
• New customers added during the year.
• Satisfactory contacts with Architects, PMCs & Institutions.
• Proper planning & Timely reporting as per agreement with TSM/ASM
