YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving codes and standards for performance parameters of mineral fibre & AS ceiling system to support India meet the Budget on value and volume targets for ceilings with Key accounts.
• The key account manager is responsible for handling the most important accounts Knauf
• He/she will be the one point of contact for all key customer matters, anticipate the customer’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for customers are met.
• Planning events & other activities to increase visibility and support above. Regular market feedback and suggestion for changes / improvements to the NSM.
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key customers and company
• Resolving key customer issues and complaints
• Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Managing communications between key customers and internal teams
• Strategic planning to improve customer results
• Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the key customer
• Working with design, sales, creative, marketing, teams & members from other departments dedicated to the Key customer account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all customer needs are met
• Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit.
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
• Meeting all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Analyzing customer data to provide customer relationship management
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new customers
• Monitor impact of marketing initiatives -

 YOUR PROFILE

• Background

•   Engineering Graduate with additional course in Marketing preferred

•  5 to 8 years of experience who has a proven track record of growing profitable businesses through the implementation of aggressive selling strategies

•  Good knowledge and experience in building materials industry or larger commercial companies

• Functional, methodological expertise

• Sales experience in Building products / construction industry

• Direct selling and channel partner selling management.

• Build strategic relationship with key customers

Personal and interpersonal skill

• Highly assertive and good team player

• Excellent communication skills

• Very good in sales concepts and systematic in planning.
