We are seeking a skilled Life Cycle Analyst in our global R&D department to lead the implementation and development of Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) across our wide ceiling product portfolio, including Mineral, Metal and Wood Wool Ceilings as well as ceiling suspension systems and traded goods. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our products meet sustainability goals, regulatory requirements, and certification standards. You will work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and local plant stakeholders to establish and implement LCA models, databases, and tools.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement LCA models with external partners.
• Build and maintain databases for raw materials, processes, and energy data.
• Conduct Life Cycle Assessments across product lines.
• Optimize LCA processes using GaBi software and provide team training.
• Ensure compliance by staying updated on regulatory changes.
• Prepare LCA data for certifications (e.g., EPD, FDES) and manage the certification portfolio.
• Support sales and technical teams with certification documents and insights.

What we’d love for you to have:

• Hands-on experience in creating LCA models and calculations in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in GaBi software and knowledge of LCA norms and standards.
• Familiarity with national and international LCA certification processes (e.g., EPD, FDES).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Open-minded and proactive, with the ability to share and request information effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate globally and build strong connections with cross-functional teams.
