We are now looking for another team member to join us as Production Supervisor (m/f/d).

Antwerp Slitter has a unique place as the only steel slitting facility in Knauf Ceiling Solutions’ European operations. It expertly processes and distributes steel slit coils to its sister companies in Germany, Austria, UK and France for further production of suspended ceiling profiles.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide leadership in the productio
• Provide technical and management support
• Be the right hand of the Plant Manager
• Boost the efficiency and productivity of the plant
• Control planning, inventory and deliveries in coordination with the administration
• Strive to meet customer expectations and maintain product conformity 
• Support Quality & Management Systems
• Implement and promote KCS management culture and strategies
• Employee development
• Promote plant employee development programs, including safety training 

What we’d love for you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with technical background
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a production environment Strong organizational talent, global mindset and a team player
• Project management skills to lead transformation and continuous improvement projects 
• Ability to solve complex problems with an in-depth degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation 
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to develop relationships and manage internal stakeholders
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Very good command of MS Office
